Kline Capital Management LLC (KCM) provides exclusive discretionary equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, options, and alternative investment management for high net worth individuals, corporations, institutions and charitable foundations worldwide. Kline Capital Management LLC is an independent Investment Advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. KCM was started in 1999 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

All marketable client assets are managed with discretion and are held in individual accounts at third party institutional custodians. Our recommended third party administrator is Fidelity Investments.

Investment Philosophy

Kline Capital Management’s investments are focused on a small number of companies that we thoroughly understand. KCM utilizes primarily fundamental analysis in evaluating current and potential investments from a top down and bottom up macro and micro approach. Critical to this end is the evaluation of the firm’s management, financials, product/service offerings, strategy, competition, economic conditions, business cycle, regulatory & legislative issues, and valuation. Technical analysis is conducted to support the fundamental analysis.

We believe markets are not efficient in the near and short term and that above market rates of return are possible by careful analysis of the company, industry, market, economy and political environments. We believe the stock market is driven by conflicting forces of greed and fear, which create exceptional opportunities for vigilant and nimble investors with long term horizons. Likewise, similar forces influence inefficiencies in the fixed income and interest rate markets.

We do not limit investments to a specific sector, size, market or valuation category – we simply seek the best opportunities to increase wealth and investor returns as well as minimizing risk.
